DISCLOSURE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Provided that:

Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) referring to the protection of personal data, it is mandatory to provide the user with information about the manner in which personal data will be processed while accessing or browsing the website: www.asic.it (hereinafter the “Site”).

The following information is disclosed.

1. The Data Holder

The Data Holder (hereinafter the “Data Holder”) is ASIC S.R.L. (hereinafter the “Company”), with its registered offices in Via Torino 30 – 10015 IVREA (TO), Phone. 012545981 and e-mail info@asic.it.

2. Processed Personal Data

a. Contact details for applications
Through the Contact Form available on the “Career” page, the Data Holder puts at the disposal of the user the possibility to send the curriculum vitae; Data provided by the user will be the only data collected by the Data Holder, this Data may include: first and last name, (mandatory, for it is personal data), e-mail address (mandatory, for it is personal data), a file to attach (optional, because it is a curriculum vitae and therefore it contains personal data).

b. Browsing- related Data
With the aim of properly and conventionally operate the website, the computer system needs to obtain personal data from the User. This data is not collected with the purpose of being associated with any specific interest, but due to the nature of the information it could, through further processing and associations, allow users to be identified. This data refers to: IP addresses, numeric code indicating the response status from the server such as error, etc., the time at which requests were submitted to access the various pages and browsing.

c. Cookie
A cookie is a small text file transferred from the server to the user’s device such as the computer, the smartphone or the tablet while accessing and browsing the Site.  Cookies hold information considered personal data of the User, with the objective of satisfying specific purposes. 3. Purpose of Data processing and its legal basis
The personal contact data contained in the curriculum vitae is processed by the Data Holder with the aim of obtaining/assessing professional experiences and skills, and of defining a subsequent job interview. Personal browsing data is processed to obtain anonymous statistical information related to the use of the Site and to supervise its correct functioning. Its legal basis relies on the free and explicit consent on the behalf of the User, to the processing of his personal data.

4. Provision of personal contact details
The consent to the processing of personal contact data – conferred through the form on the “Career” page – is strictly necessary to pursue the objectives referred to in point 3 of this Disclosure. The refusal, on behalf of the User, to give consent to the processing of his personal contact data, implies the impossibility to respond to the application submission.

5. Management terms for the processing of personal data and transmission
Personal Data as referred to in the present Disclosure is processed using IT tools in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality, as stated by the current legislation; additionally, data collected is not submitted to any automated decision-making process, nor to any kind of profiling. Contact data can be transmitted exclusively to company representatives authorized by the Data Holder for the above-mentioned processing.

6. Transfer of personal data
Personal Data of the User will not be transferred to Third Countries or to International Organizations.

7. Retention times for personal data
The Data Holder will keep and process personal contact data for the time necessary to the fulfilment of purposes referred to in point 3 of the present Disclosure. After such time, data will be deleted/destroyed.

8. Rights of the person concerned (the User)
With reference to the provisions of the GDRP and of the Decree, the person concerned, thus the User, will be able to exert his/her rights at any time, by asking to the Data Holder his intention with respect to the Right to Access, Right of Rectification, Right to cancellation, Right to limiting the processing,  the Right to be notified in case of rectification or deletion of personal data or limitation of the data processing, and Right to Data Portability. The exertion of the above-mentioned Rights can be requested in writing to the Data Holder. The person concerned (the User) may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the State of Residence.
